I purchased a used camera a year ago on ebay. I also purchased the Square Trade warranty and I’m happy I did. One year later, my camera died. I emailed square trade, they emailed me a prepaid ups label to ship them the camera, in a week or so, case was closed, and received a full refund. Very happy with this insurance company, I really didn’t expect it.

I would purchase this warranty again from Square Trade. I have bought 3 warranties in the past and will continue to use Square Trade in the future. My camara had issues finalizing the disk after recording. I told Square Trade about the problem that I was having and they credited my account the full purchase price in approx. 7 days. Thank you.
